5. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and handle possible follow-up questions. Where personal data is processed, the legal basis, recipients and retention period depend on the agreed trial and the roles of the parties involved. The required privacy and confidentiality information is provided before any transfer. Complete project files are not required by default.
