From decision paper to a reasoned short report

P1 focuses on one clearly defined decision. It does not provide a blanket assessment of the entire project.

Review subject

Together we define the decision and the document to be reviewed, so the scope of the conclusion remains clear.

Review

We capture information and sources, examine gaps, contradictions and responsibilities, and carry out an internal quality review before delivery.

Deliverables

You receive a short report, a source overview, prioritised issues for clarification and a meeting to discuss the result.

How the assessment is developed

Each step is based on the documented state of the decision paper.

You identify facts, assumptions, sources and responsible roles.
