The broader approach

Make dependencies visible before a decision

AIN2030 describes the broader approach behind AINFrame. It focuses on dependencies between operations, infrastructure, data and responsibilities.

A project may be well designed in one discipline and still fail at an interface

A public development project may be technically sound. The decision can still be weak if the grid connection, operator role, emergency supply or data responsibilities remain unresolved.

AIN2030 therefore considers the dependencies between disciplines rather than looking at each one in isolation.

Four questions for complex projects

01

Core function

What must continue to operate under pressure?

02

Critical dependency

Which dependency could interrupt operations or the decision?

03

Priority

What can be reduced temporarily without undermining the objective?

04

Responsibility

Who decides when time or information is limited?

P1 is the service currently available

P1 applies this perspective when dependencies matter to a specific decision paper. The review considers whether they are visible, supported and assigned to a responsible role.

AIN2030 is not currently offered as a separate service. The concrete service described on this website is P1.
